if u have active internet connection and membership oon any game site u can download from there.
or create membership in fileplanet.com or usenext.com.
the best thing is u can download the demo for free.
also u can try free sites such as rapidshare.com
you can download it faster using download manager .

The best you can do is check the compatibility of the game. If you have done express or typical install not the full install try to do full install. Sometimes check the ram requirements. What happens is that sometimes required RAM is in there in the machine but it is sometimes shared with video card which affects the compatibility of the game. If everything is fine than these problems arise when you have any pirated copy of the game. But if not you can try game company's tech support. But you can also try uninstall of game than disk cleanup than install again full installation. It might help.
