The internal battery is the problem. If it is replaceable, have it replaced and you should be fine.

sounds like a crossed network signal fault. try calling your network provider and explain the problem and tell them you would like to have a sim card replacement for free.
they will either give you the go ahead to got o your local store and get a sim change (you will keep the same phone number, so dont worry) or they will send you another one in the post.
remember to back up any of your contact phone numbers and text messages before changing the sim card over as you will lose them if they are saved to the sim card.
if all that fails then ask for a new number for free due to the problem.

Well. If you can't even turn on your galaxy then all you can do is to take it to someone who can repair it. If your cell phone has warranty then they should fix it. If you can run mobile phone sometimes then try to reset it and then see what happens.

There are so many data recovery tools available in the market that a mere factory reset is not enough to keep yourself safe from malicious intent. So how do you protect yourself?
Android Data Eraser will permanently erase existing and deleted files, browsing history, caches and other personal information (pictures, contacts, messages, call history etc.). Its click-through processes are easy to follow---even a technophobic will be able to use it without anxiety. FoneDog - Android Data Erase is also one of the few Android data wipe apps that support all Android-run devices in the market.
