My wii remote keeps flashin but wont trun on
You have to sync the Wii remote to the console.
To sync the Wii remote, turn on your Wii.
Then open the back of the remote and press the "SYNC" button.
Then open the SD Card Slot cover on the front of your Wii and press the "SYNC" button.
Your remote should be turned on if you do this.
If this problem still occurs even when the Wii remote is synced, your Wii remote might not be working properly. Return it for a new one.

You might have to resync the remote take off the battery cover and push the red button under there to resync it with your wii, you will have to do the same thing with a brand new remote or when taking the remote from one wii console to a friends.
If this isnt working then your remote batteries are bad or you are having a hardware issue with the remote. Unless your trying to play a game cube game this is another issue and has nothing to do with your wii remote working or not.
post back if this dont fix your issue
The game's character doesn't moves the way i want it.
When you're starting your Wii, starting the game, AND connecting the Nunchuck or classic controller to the Wii remote, make sure you don't move the control sick on your Nunchuck or classic controller.
Your character shouldn't move around possesed if you do this.
If you accidently move the control stick, press and hold the A,B,+, and - buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.
If this problem still occurs, your Nunchuck or classic controller might not be working properly. Return them for a new one.
Hands wont show on screen/minus and plus only
That means that your controller is successfully transmitting button presses to the wii via wifi, but not its infrared beam. The problem is most likley your sensor bar (you could confirm this by trying a different wiimote).
Another way to get some info on this problem is to examine the tip of your wiimote through a digital camera (it allows you to see the ir light). If there's no light, then it's probably a bad wiimote and not the sensor.
The lights on the wii remote flash but wont turn
Sound like it needs to be properly connected to the wii. Power it on and look under the SD card panel. There is a button there (red I think) that you need to press. At the same time you doing that, press the red button on the Wiimote (located next to the batteries). Try this a few times, and then press A on your Wii remote. That should properly sync it with your wii.

Try to resync your remote. To do this:
1) Locate the red button under the battery cover on your remote.
2) Locate the red button near the sd card port on your console.
3) Press both buttons within a couple seconds of each other.
4) Wait a few seconds if your remote doesn't sync, retry.
