Cant get back off of
Why do you want to take the back cover off?
I think for your model, you should lift the time adjuster to take the back cover off. If you are taking it out for the first time, it will be a bit tight. You may use thin edged blades or so for the same.
Constant taking out of back cover can make the cover loose and then it may begin fall off quickly.

I need to repair a
Esq currently only has authorized retailers in Central America, North America, and the Caribbean. You might have to send it to an authorized retailer outside of Europe as I don't believe they have any there. For more info go to their website where you can email then and ask them what they suggest you do as far as getting the watch to them to be fixed.

What battery do I need for a ESQ Swiss men watch model # E5081
Here where we live we have a store that replaces watch batteries. I took mine in and he took the back off and took the old battery out and went to his battery stock and replaced it for me. He did all the work and only charged me three dollars. He has batteries for all makes.

I have a ESQ watch
The best shot you have at finding out what this watch is, would be to take it into a Watch Repair Shop. They have books that identify watches by the make and mode, and I have found information on a lot of rare watches that way. Take the watch in, and they can probably identify it and give you an estimate as to it's value.
Good luck, and hope this helps.
