Hamilton Beach food processor, model 70450, cracked bowl

You have a couple of choices here. The quickest and cheapest is to go to the hardware store, or a home depot and get a tube of one minute clear epoxy. This adhesive will repair the crack and since it is clear it will barely show. Plus it will dry in just one minute.

That said, yhou could also go to hamiltonbeach.com and get a new part.

Try chopping the nuts first and remove them. Prepare the rest of the dish and add the nuts, mixing them in at the last.

I got an old hamilton

I just bought this same model for a habitat for humanity store. You can call Hamilton Beach directly at 1-800-851-8900 and they will order you a manual. The cost is $3.50. I went on their website at hamiltonbeach.com under products, kitchen appliances and use and care. However, just this model is so old the manual was no longer availabe for download.

Bowl locked in place and won't detach

Hello again!

My brother was able to correct this problem for me. I turned out I just wasn't turning it hard enough, and I was turning it the wrong way.

Hamilton beach food processor won't turn on

DYI fix job on mine. DIsassembles base and switch assembly. Added a rectangular piece of plastic just above litlle balck trigger switch. Taped switch casing's side (not my plastic piece) so that my plastic piece would not fallout. Re-assembled. Voil?. Problem was that travel length of whole trigger mechanism was a bit too short to trigger the switch. With the added plastic piece, travel was extended a little to make the whole thing work, but not so much so that it would always unsafely stay ON when plugged. Tried various other gluing options on other pieces before that, but nothing would hold.

How do you make the display brighter on the hamilton beach 45300r

https://www.hamiltonbeach.com/trucount-12-cup-coffee-maker-45300 There is a use and care guide, but I am not hopeful it will give you any specifics My guess is that it is a LED or florescent display, not an LCD and it has dimmed with age. Several other people complaining of the same, no solutions I have found.
