Check water pressure, check valves, unscrew connection at the unit and check for debris screen that may be clogged. If that does not work then you are looking at troubleshoot the actual valves to see if they have failed or are having a power issue.

I suspect that you have something in the wash pump. It might have gone through the filter or when you cleaned the base filter, it dropped down the hole. I suggest that you search on youtube on: REMOVING OBJECT FROM A HOBART WASH PUMP On removing objects from a dish washer pump, you will need to pull mains plug out gain access to wash pump. Sounds like a faulty float.

Sounds like pressure sensor, most likely the wash tank level sensor air trap blocked.
