Need bushing for sprayarm and repair manual
The wash arm bushing for this model is not available separately. You can use the bushing from the LX series and cut it shorter to length. Hobart will not issue service manuals to non Hobart personel because of liability issues. If you injured yourself from misinterpreting the manual, they would apparently be resonsnsible.
I have to open and close the door several times to reset the timer wheel for a new cycle. cycle light
The timer works like a clock if you like. The cycle starts at 12:00 finishes around 11:55. When you open the door, the timer advances to the 12:00 position resetting itself to the start of a new cycle. The door has to be open for about 12 seconds. Check on the left side door hinge bracket and see how it plays on the door switch. old doors on the SR24's had an issue of the hinge screw coming loose which triggered the switch too soon. You should be able to rest the door against the tank without the maching running. The switch should close as the door engages the latch.

Hi James, This may sound a bit odd but... if you really want to make sure all of the water is out of the unit just remove the drain hose and use a shop vac to draw out all the residual water. Then just place about 1 to 1.5 cups of vegetable oil in the sump for the winter. I do not recommend anti-freeze due to the associated health reasons of same. Then next season remove the drain hose and draw out the vegetable oil before returning it to regular service. This works well for resorts in cold climates. The vegetable oil can over several seasons fatten up or harden pump seals but is no more harmful than the anti-freeze on the seals.
Thanks for choosing FixYa,

Hello,
Sounds like your drain valve needs replacing. The drain valve is located just inside the front lower service panel. You can also locate it by following your drain hose back to it. The part is often white with a red solenoid on it. You can check the valve by putting a volt meter on the two leads going to this part and checking for power when the machine is in drain mode. If the valve gets power and still doesn't drain then it need replacing.
Regards
