Electronic control board

If you are hearing a clicking sound, that would be the igniter trying to light the gas, however you said elements not heating up which says it's electric... hmmm. If it's electric, try the broiler and see if the element comes on. It's pretty easy to troubleshoot by process of elimination. By all means do not try and repair it yourself unless you are qualified working with electrical.

Control panel not responding

Only thing you can really do at this juncture is to disassemble unit and meticulously clean any and all keypad contacts and switches. If that does not restore operation then you have to face reality - need new electronics. The new stuff looks nicer but the old controls were much more reliable!!!!!!!!!

I have a Kitchen Aid oven, model #KEBS107DWH2 and

You are very lucky if that machine lasted as long as it has. if you replaced those hinges in 2007 that's 10 years. The last one i bought they said we will be lucky if we get five to ten years out of the new one. Unless you want to put money in this one its probably cheaper to buy a new one in the long run. They could not care less if you tell them you won't buy anything from them again. I had a large company official tell me that.

The oven thermal fuse trips when the temperature in the oven gets too hot. After the thermal fuse trips, the oven won't heat. If the thermal fuse trips after the self-cleaning cycle, try resetting the fuse by turning off electricity to the oven, removing the exterior back panel, and pushing the reset button. If the fuse tripped during normal operation, replace it. If the problem persists, the electronic oven control board might require replacement. Reset the thermal fuse after replacing the control board.

My Kitchenaid Oven doesn't allow me to set a temperature higher that 350 degrees. Electric oven. For example, i will punch in 425 and the panel will default back the temperature to 350.

350 will be the design max for your oven unless the handbook says for your model is higher rated and is faulty repair or replace with a higher rated temp oven
