The crank arm is stripped on the left side of the bike
Yes, the crank-arm could be replaced.
1.You would need to remove the flat nut holding the crank to the frame. And then take out the bearing.
2. A special open-ended wrench is required to remove this nut. Please visit your local bicycle shop for a new crank-arm, and the required tools, also.
3. Put in new crank-arm and its bearing.
4. Grease the bearing.
5. Tighten nut.
6. Give it a test ride.
Trying to get the crank
after u take off out the bolt ( or nut) ,you need a specialty tool that screws into where the dust cap was then you tighten the bolt in the center..and it pulls it off the crank...they were about $10 thirty years ago, not sure about now good luck

Most bottom brackets require a special tool to remove them without damaging them. Unless you are going to do a lot of bicycle repairs your best bet would be to take the bike and part to a shop and have an expert do it for you. That type of service should not cost much.

If these are replaceable than you would you have to look it up by the brand of shocks.
Ex. Rockshocks Duke 1995. The replacement parts are specific to the make/ model and year. All the shock companies have a customer service messaging service so they can you give you advice on your particular shock.

When peddling bike seems to try to shift gears
There may be some chain links that do not move freely. turn the pedal slowly backwards and check for siezed links, as it goes through the deraileur.
A worn chain can do this as well, unfortunately you usually have to change the chain and sprocket cluster as a pair. If you just put a new chain on a similar problem can occur.
