Hi guys. I'm a Technical Support Agent for the Sony VAIO.
Please open the C: Drive > Programs x86 Folder > Sony > satsurvey or survey, then, delete the vaiosatsurvey.exe File from there. It should successfully resolve the issue. Hope it helps. I took remote sessions and resolbved many issues.

Hi yamoon_angel,

This issue is due to a corrupted dll file in the Computer. In this case, please search the following file: C:\Windows\system32\BtwVdpCapFilter.dll and rename the file into: C:\Windows\system32\BtwVdpCapFilter1.dll (You can find the location as it is given in the path).

This should fix the issue.

Hope this helps.

Please let me know if you have any questions or require any further assistance.

Thanks for using FixYa.

Open Run window by pressing the Windows logo key+R key together.
Then, type "msconfig" in the run window.
Then, click on startup tab.
Click to uncheck the VAIO Survey option. Click on apply and OK.

Stop the Oasis2.exe services.
In Run window, type "services.msc" and locate the oasis2.exe services and stop them.
This will resolve the error of VAIO Sat Survey.
If issue persists, uninstall the VAIO Sat Survey or VAIO Survey software.
Click on start>Control Panel>Programs and features>programs>Uninstall a program>Application Manager for VAIO>VAIO Survey/VAIO Sat Survey-Uninstall.
Restart the computer.
