Hi, this may not be good news. I live in the UK and have a BBC sign in & use a VPN all the time on laptop, tablet and phone. I can't use the Iplayer unless I switch off the VPN even if I have the VPN set to a UK town. It would seem that the BBC picks up on the VPN and blocks content...on the grounds of 'rights issues'.
