The water tap leaks
Good Day,
If the water dribbles from the outlet after filling the glass normally, then the cause is the dual water valve located in the bottom rear of the machine. The diaphram inside the valve is not sealing completely when power is removed.
The valve is a dual unit for the ice maker and water in the door.
It is none servicable and must be replaced with a new one.
It's a common problem and replacing it is not difficult and the valve would be carried by any decent sized appliance parts house.
I have Kenmore refregrator model 51272200. Water

The lever that you depress with a glass to get ice cubes is broke
You could just replace the lever. repairclinic.com should have the lever. Just put in your model number and search. You can also try appliancepartspros.com
If you want to try fixing it again, May I say that you may want to put some other kind of piece on the back side of the lever and glue that piece onto both parts of the lever to keep it from breaking.

Door seal between fridge & freezer is hot is this normal ?
No, there is a heater in the seal of the doors to keep the doors from icing up, if it is hot to the touch then the heaters are going bad and must be replaced. You can replace it yourself by removing the door seals, and then removing the heating element that runs the whole door. When you do this make sure that the unit is unplugged.
How do i remove the water filter?
If the filter is at the bottom , under the door ,, there should be a button to push or some latch to open to release the filter ..

Ice machine not filling up with water
I'm uncertain as to your approach to the actual repair of the tubing, but when you turned the water off and then on some sediment may have clogged the water inlet screen for the icemaker. Turn the water off and check the water inlet screens for a possible clog. If not clogged, contact an appliance service company.

Is the freezer cold enough? Should be close to 10 degrees.
Is there water or ice in the ice mold? If not put water in
it and see if it dumps the ice after it’s frozen. If there is ice, lift the cut off arm and let
it drop to see if it will start.
If it does dump the ice but don’t refill with water.
Try swapping the wires on the dual water inlet valve. Then
try the water dispenser. The water should go to the ice maker. This will tell
you weather or not the ice maker valve is working and if the line is clear.
The water inlet valve on the back of unit opens when the ice
maker needs water. If the valve doesn't seal good because of sediment or wear
it will continue to drip and when the water reaches the ice maker supply tube
it will freeze. You can take the water
line off the valve and watch to see if it drips.
Water on the floor at the same time each day
It very well could be the auto-defrost feature since it is activated at the same time. Do remove rear access panel and make sure there is water draining into the evaporator tray built on top of compressor. If the water is not draining, run a pipe cleaner inside to check for cloggs, and make sure water drain hole is big enough to drain the wire.
The refrigerator keeps going into defrost mode and
You need to replace the thermostat . When the thermostat temperature is reached , it will cycle the compressor off . When time to come back on , it will not start . Instead of turning the thermostat off , try tapping on the thermostat knob . If the unit starts , this will confirm that the thermostat needs replaced .
Hi, have Kenmore fridg model #106. I was told
The water filter is that round looking thing at the bottom of the refrigerator on the front grill. I can see it in the picture you provided. Sometimes, in higher end models, there will be a cover that turns and snaps out. Most units just have a place to grab with your fingers and turn counter-clockwise (to the left as if you were unscrewing it), but don't unscrew it. It only takes a quarter turn to disconnect the filter.
Pull out what you just disconnected and you will have in your hand a plastic (or metal) canister that is the filter. Go buy an exact replacement and usually you have to take the "handle" you used to remove it off the old filter and place it on the new filter.
Oh, probably a good idea to turn your ice maker off and block anyone from using the water dispenser or better yet: pull the refrigerator out and turn the water off.
Good Luck!
M refrigerator isn't cooling the evaporator coil
Don't you mean your CONDENSER (the black tubes found at the back of your unit or below it ? Those are the ones that dissipate the heat - if they are at the bottom, there is usually a fan blowing air on it, if applicable, check to see if it is spinning, when the compressor is on.
The EVAP coils are the ones you find when you remove the freezer's back panel, you will see a fan there, blowing the cool air from the evap coils.
If the evap coils in your freezer are over frost it will cause cooling problems, in which case your defrost system is not functioning and you will need to change the control board and have the defrost components checked to make sure everthing else is working.
Kenmore side by side refrigerator wont make ice
You could either need a water valve or a new ice maker. How old is your icemaker? I'd look at the water valve first since it's less expensive. We have parts if you need to call us. We start answering our phones at seven am cst. Hope this helps! Ella :>)
