Sorry but this type of old motherboard has a limitation of having a 512MB of RAM as the maximum so there will be no way of upgrading it to a higher RAM, the best option that you can do is to change the motherboard to a new one....

the beeps comes from motherboard are due to ram which is not properly inserted
so try to remove ram while pc is off and insert ram again

If they use the wide ribbon cable, you need the cables with two connectors. Then set on drive to master and one to slave, or set both to CS - for cable select. When you restart the computer, the OS will do the rest.

They also had a phone number listed (1-800-283-131) but that too doesn't seem to work. I have the feeling that they have either close their business or ended their operations in the U.S..
