I have several recipe books for bread machines. You can use just about any book from other models as long as you follow recipes for your size machine. I.E. 1.0 pound loaves, 1.5 pound loaves, 2.0 loaves. Just be sure you choose the right loaf size when you program your machine and that your machine has the capacity to make the size loaf you want.

That often happens with bread machines and is normal. Just find a toothpick or popsicle stick and push in around the outline of the paddle and extract it from the loaf. Never use anything metal if your paddle has the non-stick finish, that is why you want to use wood or plastic.

Bread pan Capacities

Here is how you determine the size of loaf you can bake in your machine. You need to determine the capacity of your pan. Fill your pan with water and measure the cups added so you know how many cups of water are in the pan when it is full to the very top. Here are the conversions:

1)If your pan holds less than 10 cups of water you can make: a 1 pound loaf

2)If your pan holds 10 cups of water you can make: a 1 pound loaf and a 1.5 pound loaf

3)If your pan holds 12 cups you can make: a 1 pound, 1.5 pound, and a 2.0 pound loaf

This is rare, but if you pan holds 14 cups or more you can make all the above plus a 2.5 pound loaf

If you are using water as your liquid phase in the recipe use milk instead (same amount)and you will have a lighter more delicate crust.

Please be more specific. Is it leaking from the bottom of the bread pan, or is there a crack in the side. Usually if it's leaking water or oil from the bottom of the pan, then the sealed bearing is failing and a new pan is needed. Hank

It's a misprint. It probably meant milliliters which is a metric measurement.

7 1/2 milliliters is about a 1 -1/2 teaspoons which is just about right.
