mcdevito75 Here, You"ll need a tool called a spring bar remover tool available on ebay, but by the time you get the tool you can have a small watch repair shop in your area replace the band and for about the same money as the tool.

The arrows indicate the direction that the pins punch out. Its possible that it has tiny little sleeves that put pressure on the band which hold the pin in. Take it to a reputable watch repair shop...they can assist you with your adjustment! :-)

I just did this for my wife's new Kenneth Cole wrist watch rather easily. You don't need a screwdriver, but a short section of a paper clip will do. I just set the band on a raise surface to allow room for the pin to be pushed out using the paper clip. For this watch, one side of the pin resembles the slotted side of a small screw - but it is not a screw. This is the side that bulges up a bit to help the pin stay in place. I believe if you punch it out from the opposite side it will fall off quickly, but if you do from the bulged side it, too, will come out but with some resistance. To reattach the band you need to punch the pin into the slot in such a way that its bulged side is on top otherwise you may end up with a bent pin. You must also first line up the hole with the paper clip before reinserting the pin. Good luck.

some watches have a special way to open..nut by push/pull out the back but by rotating it .in this case it hase some small cuts in the back cover .if this so,it just might need to rotate.

They all set pretty much the same. Here is the general walk through from the Cole site: Press the lower left button on the Kenneth Cole digital watches to cycle through the various modes. Press it three times to get into time mode (the face should be blinking). Press the upper right-hand button to change the seconds. Press the lower right-hand button to select the minutes.

Are the hands moving but out of step with the digital display?

If so then try pressing the "mode" button to reach a mode that allows you to set the hands (on my Casio it is "HS"), I would expect something similar on yours.

You can then alter the hands by pressing one of the other buttons. I would expect one button to advance the hands and another to ****** them.

Ive heard people say many times to put cell phones in a bowl of dry white rice to remove moisture from them,so Im sure it would work for a watch as well. Just make sure to leave the watch in the rice over night,and make sure to have none of the watch showing in the rice---it will need to pull moisture from within the tiny parts.

Maybe a reset button inside marked a.c. if so short it between battery and a.c. button. hope this helps
