get some CLR which is calcium lime and rust remover.Unscrew it from the pipe on the wall with the water off and pour it where the water flows into the head and wait for it to drip out the jets.

Hello Christine!
With research on your issue I found that your problem can be solved with Vinegar!
Here is a link to an About.com article that addresses your issue specifically
http://frugalliving.about.com/od/householdsavings/qt/CleanShowerhead.htm
If the vinegar does not work for you, you may need to pick up a stronger cleaner like CLR. Just repeat the same process in the article, except replace the vinegar with CLR or other mineral buildup remover.
If this does not resolve your issue, or if you have any more questions, please leave a comment on this thread and I will be more than happy to assist you in forther resolving your issue.
Happy New Year!

Grohe veletto no enough flow on hot water
Step 1
Turn off the water to your faucet.
Step 2
Remove the handle to the faucet. Remove the small screw under the lever handle with an Allen wrench or Phillips head screwdriver, depending on what type of screw is present. Slide the handle back and off the faucet.
Step 3
Remove the temperature control knob, which is the round, dial-shaped fitting over the faucet cartridge. Put the manufacturer-supplied adapter on the cartridge. Line up the lever stop pin with the arrow symbol on the cartridge.
Step 4
Turn on the water and rotate the adapter to the left, or counter-clockwise, until the water temperature is at the level you want. Take note of the number to which the adapter points.
Step 5
Shut the faucet off by turning the adapter to closed and line up the limit stop dial with the number you noted previously.
Step 6
Assemble the faucet by replacing the temperature control knob and handle, then tighten the handle screw. Turn on the water and operate the faucet. If temperature is not set properly, repeat as necessary until you achieve the right setting.

How to remove U clamp from GROHE 7659000 Chrome Tempesta Shower Holder for Sliding Rails
K zaveri
The pole the U clamp is attached to should be able to be removed. My own shower has a similar set up. The pole's top and bottom mount's front has a pop out of which has a screw underneath. Once you remove the screw the top bracket can be pulled aside and the pole removed so the U clamp can be slid off. I hope this design works for you as well
Have a good day,

How to adajust the water temperature on a thermostaic valve # 34124
Hi Franco,
This appears to be on a bath tub. You will have to remove your handle to access this control and simply turn the valve left or right as needed to give you more hot or cold water, whichever it is you are needing. You do NOT need to dismantle the faucet to do this adjustment. Just remove the handle and a cover plate is usually all that is needed for the adjustment.
Have a great day!

Grohe Europlus 19881 #2 ,Brand new, recently installed in shower/tub is very stiff and hard to turn. What is causing this and how can it be repaired?
I would remove the handle and escutcheon plate and grab the front of the faucet cartridge with pliers and see if it is hard to turn now. If it is then there must be an issue with the handle being on too tight or it is binding with with the escutcheon plate somehow. If the cartridge is hard to turn after removing the handle etc. I would pull the cartridge out and grease it using heat proof grease (Plumber's grease) and reinstall it. Make not of it's position when you remove it so as to reinstall in the same position. There isn't any reason I can think of other than the above for the faucet to not turn easy.

Grohe shower bracket loose
Had the same issue, my suggestion is:
1) find out what model it is
2) go to the Grohe site and go to the tech specs of the glider element
3) for my unit you need to insert a 3" Allen key into the hole in the center of the holder unit and tighten.. worked for me
