Overflow tube
If you manually pull up on the float of the fill valve will it then shut off? If it does, most likely your water pressure is too high, should be around 60 psi. More then 80 and it won't shut off. You may need to add a restrictor to the fill valve. Most fluid-master units come with one already installed, you could try one of them.

How to unfreeze toilet pipes in a mobile home
I live in a mobile home park and that is what i do as the park handyman. The fastest way... cut the pipe with a recipricating saw and remove a long section. Knock it to let all the ice slide out. bring it into a warm shop for a while if you have to or run warm water through it. place a micro furnace near the sewer and use a heatgun if more ice is at the other end. Once things are clear, use two 3 inch fernco adapters and clamp everything back together. (i always keep a couple on hand just in case this happens) Make sure the lean is perfectly angled with no place for water to sit or this is what happens.

Clear a blocked water intake:
- Twist-off or unscrew the intake cover.
- Clean the intake cover with an old toothbrush and powdered laundry detergent. Rinse any soap residue from the cover before reinstalling.
- Replace the cover.
Replace a jet:
- Identify the damaged or inoperative jet and make sure it requires replacement.
- Follow the owner's manual instructions for removing the old jet. Some twist out by hand while others require a special wrench.
- Find an exact replacement jet (through a pool or spa supplier) and install the new jet.

I have a American Standard Corner Whirlpool Year
t sounds like you have a bad air switch located in your motor.
The air switch is what the air hose connects to on the back of the motor or on the box on top of the motor. The other end of the air hose is connected to the air button on the lip of the tub.
This is a latching air switch and when you push the air button it latches to send power to the motor. When the air button is pushed again it opens the latch in the air switch and stops power going to the motor shutting it off.

Bidet keeps running
If you've tried turning off both shutoffs underneath and water still runs, then the shutoffs are also likely worn out and need to be replaced. If there is no way to shut off from that point, then the only other option is to have somebody turn off all water in the house near your water meter or main water line. In many places, hardware stores will sell something called a "water shutoff key", but depending on your location, it may have a different local name.
Once water is off to the whole house, turn the hot water on somewhere in the house to reduce pressure from your water heater before replacing your faucet and shutoff valves.
It is a good idea to take one of your old water shutoffs with you to a hardware store to make sure the new one would fit propperly.
If you know somebody who can take apart the faucets to check and replace just the washers, then it could be fixed with even less expense, if you would not rather replace the faucet with a new one that will last longer.

I have a Cadet 3 toilet with a slow flow when
It could be a venting issue. Check the roof vent for the plumbing system. Perhaps clogged with leaves or other debris causing a blockage in the vent line. You can use a hose up to the roof and flush out the vent line. Another problem may be calcium buildup. CLR , a product available at most hardware and grocery stores will dissolve mineral buildups.

Both sinks have fissures, small cracks, developing
Two things come to mind, The sinks were installed out of balance and way over tightened causing a constant stress on a warped surface, or a foreign object was left under lips of sinks. If they were purchased and installed at the same time you could have received damaged merchandise.

Water wont stop running
Water is either running (1) into the overflow tube or (2) out to the toilet under the flapper at the bottom of the tank. If (1) lower the ball or float. Done differently depending on model. If (2) replace the flapper with new flapper designed for your model. (Note: Raise manually the float valve and if water still runs out the little tube that goes into the overflow tube then fill valve is defective. Replace it.)
