Our toto toilet wont flush the water down.

Sounds like something is either in the bowl stuck or down in the waste line. I would probably pull the toilet and pour water down the waste line to see if it backs up or set the toilet up on something and pour water into the bowl to see if it comes out. At least it will help to find out where the problem is. Have you lost anything recently that might have fell in the toilet. Did something come off of the plunger and get stuck in the bowl?

Toto washlet SW844 is heating intermittently. The energy saver is not on. I have unplugged it, and re- plugged it to no avail. I've also tried the energy saver on three different settings.

Have you tried resetting or resetting it to factory settings? If this does not work, I would recommend getting in contact with the company to discuss your problem. There customer service team is here to help you if your product is not working correctly.

Toto washlet s300 has developed slow leak from behind brass connection and plastic.

If you are able to identify the source of the leak, you may be able to fix it yourself. If the leak is coming from the brass connection, you may need to replace the connection or tighten it. If the leak is coming from the plastic, you may need to replace the plastic part or use a sealant to stop the leak. If you are unable to identify the source of the leak, it is best to contact a professional plumber to help you diagnose and repair the issue.

The stream on "Rear" is weak on my new Toto Washlet GL since I got it 1 week ago. The "Soft Rear" setting works OK, but the normal Rear wash is no stronger than the "Soft" setting.

It sounds like you may have a problem with the water pressure for the rear wash setting on your Toto Washlet. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
  1. Make sure that the water supply hoses for your washlet are securely attached and not kinked or clogged.
  2. Check the water pressure at the source (e.g., the wall outlet or the valve under the sink). If the water pressure is low, that could be the cause of the weak stream.
  3. If the water pressure is fine, try cleaning the nozzle for the rear wash setting. Sometimes debris can accumulate in the nozzle and cause the stream to be weak.
  4. If none of these troubleshooting steps help, you may need to contact Toto customer service for further assistance. They should be able to provide you with additional guidance or arrange for a service technician to come and check your washlet.

I have a Coco Bidet CCR-9510RS and it works well... except I accidentally knocked the remote into the bathtub when it had some water in it.

Remove the batteries straight away. That is always imperitive to avoid damage to the electronic components. I had similar issues yesterday with a television remote and a cat spilling water on it. I shook it dry very vigourously. Then I got a hairdryer with a concentrator nozzle on it set to hot and high blower for a couple of minutes each side. Be careful, is is gery hot, and if it is too hot for your fingers, move it away. Then I turned it to low and left it on the counter with it blowing into the battery compartment for 10 minutes and then the button side for 10 minutes. It worked okay after that apart from the zero button and the record button. today those two are fine. https://www.google.com/search?q=Coco+Bidet+CCR-9510RS+remote+replacement ..

Toto toilet keeps slow trickle into the bowl

It needs a new flapper valve. It has to be a proper Toto one and they are 4 times the price of a standard flapper. They are guaranteed though, IIRC 6 years. Easy job to replace. I had 5 Toto toilets in an airport business class lounge and replaced a couple of them. https://www.google.com/search?q=toto+toilet+flapper+replacement ..

Toto 874 Toilet seat screw removal. The Screws just turn and turn and I cant find a "nut" on the bottom to hold while unscrewing. Help

Remove the screw, then go to any store selling nut. Show your original screws, You can ask them plastic type nut. Buy also small silicon tube. This is use to hold the nut after you put it back the screws.

The lever (handle) to flush

I had this issue as well with my toilet. My chain was unattached and had been sucked down the drain under the stopper valve preventing the toilet stopper valve from completely closing and causing the water to continually run. After re-attaching the chain I noticed when I flushed the toilet that the handle did not rise again until I manually pushed it up. After readjusting the chain to a tighter position where the chain was not floating at all but instead holding the stopper valve in place I again flushed to check the reaction. This fixed the issue of the water continually running and also the handle not resetting itself properly.

Here is the steps I took to resolve my issue:

Step 1: Remove the lid off of the tank.

Step 2: Check to see if the chain coming from the Toilet Handle to the Stopper Valve is loose, unattached, or broken.

Step 3: Flush the toilet and check to see if the problem has been fixed. If not readjust the chain to a different position and flush again.

Step 4: If all is resolved replace the tank lid.

Other possible things to check:
Check the Float Ball to see if it's Half-way or more submerged in the water. If it is it needs to be replaced.

I hope this helps!
