I have a two ear old Kitchenaid gas range
You will need a new igniter module. The igniter module is told to spark by the control panel. There is also a flame detection for electronic start and that could be bad too.

Cleaning Inside Glass Oven Door of KitchenAid KEMC308KSSO
To dismantle the kitchenaid pro line oven door: there is a lever over the hinges that attach a door to the oven. The lever is right on top of the hinge. Pull the lever up. When that lever is in the up position, you can pull the door out.

Microwave is smoking when I use it as a convection oven
It seems to be self cleaning... burning all the oils that coats the inside from microwaving food that wasn't covered. Clean the oven well and to remove bad smells put lemon juice in a bowl and microwave.http://www.wikihow.com/Remove-Odors-from-a-Microwave

How to change light bulb in microwave?
Found this post on another fixya-type site: below is the link..Here's a repeat of Kai's instructions so you don't have to scroll down. I just replaced mine and it was a snap. Just a few Phillips screws and a few tugs. No need to pull the unit completely out as you can access the bulb after it's about half way. No need to disconnect any wiring harness except pulling the bulb out of its socket. I used the 10w (G4 12V) replacement bulb from Home Depot at $6. The light is a bit brighter but there've been no problems with fuses.1) Turn off power to the unit2) Open the lower oven door3) Remove the side trim screws and pull the trims down and out.4) Remove 2 screws on the sides of the control panel.5) Open the Microwave door. Remove the 3 screws on the Air Vent Plastic Cover on top of the microwave. You can then remove the Air Vent Cover by pushing the control panel up and pull out slightly at the bottom.6) Remove the 4 screws on the Air Vent Plastic Cover on top of the lower oven and remove the Air Vent Cover. (You may have to remove the left under side bracket of the Microwave door temporarily just for the Air Vent Cover to clear the screw of the bracket. Re-secure the side bracket of the Microwave door panel as the front panel may fall)7) Remove the 2 screws which held the Microwave unit in place behind the Air Vent Cover on step 6.8) Wiggle the Microwave unit out about half way to expose the light bulb unit on top center9) Wiring to the Control Panel will prevent you from pulling the Microwave unit out any further. And you don't want to do that as the unit may fall. Space is cramped, but working carefully with pliers you should be able to release the springs which held down the light bulb unit and change the bulb.http://www.fixed4free.com/answers.php?id=51232

F5E1 or FSE1 error code DOOR LOCKED LATCH NOT OPERATING
On this double oven, each door has it's own latch
mechanism that consists of a motor, a position switch, and the door
switch used to activate the cavity lights. Because the error indicated a
latch failure (and the bottom door was locked), Start by cycling
the power to the unit. Each time the power is removed and then applied
to these ovens, both latches will lock then unlock the doors to ensure
they are in the home open position. By doing so, you might be able to get the
bottom oven door opened allowing me access to the latch assembly. With
the latch removed, I try to begin a clean cycle so you could watch the
motor operate and you will probably find that it will start to turn, but never would rotate
enough to lock the door. Since the position switch was not actuated at
the end of the motor operation, the F5 E1 error was again displayed. Replace the motor assembly E

Kitchenaid KEMS378sss fan noise
Does it keep heating food? You do not run it without the fan very long and maybe it will shut off or down when it senses the fan stopped and might stop cooking. You want to isolate it is the fan and not the magnatron (cooking device). It is pretty new for that but always a posibility. Do you have a straight vent fan that you can turn on without cooking? try that and see what you get. If it does the same, I think you have a defective fan.e
