Beth, you either have a failed convection element, part number 9460769, possible bad terminal connection at the element or a failed oven control. A bad element is the most common failure. replacement instructions for a failed heater can be provided.

unplug the unit, then there are 2 screws where the element mounts to the oven body, remove these carefully and pull back/out to expose the connections, then unscrew the connections or remove the spade lugs that the wires hook up to the element, then just reverse procedure to reinstall element and oven

It is easy!! After you remove the two screws pull straight out and do so easily, there are two female spade connectors on the element that you'll have to remove. When removing don't pull on the wire itself, pull on the connector. You may have to use pliers.

This is a very simple repair. The following link explains how to replace the bake element:

http://www.fixya.com/support/r469407-replacing_bake_or_broil_element_in

If you have not purchased a replacement element yet, the part number is 9755770. The cheapest place I could find the element was appliancepartspros.com for about $54.

NOTE: The element may be slightly mishapened during shipping. If you have to straighten the element to install, use care that you do not crack or break it.

If you have questions about this repair, or if you need additional assistance, please let me know. I hope this helps you.

try unplugging the oven, then plug it back in or try putting the probe in and take it out,if that don't clear it then you may have a bad board

That is probably the SAbb code; the Sabbath mode has been set. This mode allows you to heat a meal while fulfilling the "no work" requirement for strict observance of the Sabbath. The oven will stay at the programmed temperature until you change the temperature or end the Sabbath mode. To end the Sabbath mode, open the oven door and press and hold 6 for 5+ seconds. Then close the oven door.

Searching Kitchenaid's support site, https://www.kitchenaid.com/service-and-support/manuals.html , I found the manual for the KESC307 ranges here: https://www.kitchenaid.com/content/kitchenaid/en_us/searchresult.html?term=KESC307&tab=clp&plp=&plpView=grid&clp=kesc307 . The direct link to the manual is https://www.kitchenaid.com/content/dam/global/documents/200308/owners-manual-9754287-RevC.pdf . See page 18-19 for the information on the Sabbath mode. You can completely disable the option on the range by following the steps in the manual.

I hope this helps.

Try unplugging for 15 minutes. Then plug back in. That may reset the board. If not, control Board is bad

I didn't see an operator manual using https://www.google.com

There were several diagrams and parts lists.

An installation manual and a toll free number to call for support is at the link below:
