Replace oven baking element on Kitchen Aid model # KESC300BWH6

It is easy!! After you remove the two screws pull straight out and do so easily, there are two female spade connectors on the element that you'll have to remove. When removing don't pull on the wire itself, pull on the connector. You may have to use pliers.

How to replace bake oven element on kitchen aid

This is a very simple repair. The following link explains how to replace the bake element:

http://www.fixya.com/support/r469407-replacing_bake_or_broil_element_in

If you have not purchased a replacement element yet, the part number is 9755770. The cheapest place I could find the element was appliancepartspros.com for about $54.

NOTE: The element may be slightly mishapened during shipping. If you have to straighten the element to install, use care that you do not crack or break it.

If you have questions about this repair, or if you need additional assistance, please let me know. I hope this helps you.

KitchenAid KGSS907SSS00 Oven. After self cleaning the oven I get error code F3E3 about the meat probe.

Question edited for clarity and add Maker. Question moved to maker category. Number 1 Tip, never ever use the self cleaning feature. It only exists to break the appliance and create the need for parts and service calls. The temperature is just too intense for the parts. A self-cleaning or pyrolytic oven is an oven which uses high temperature (approximately 932 °F (500 °C)) to burn off leftovers from baking, without the use of any chemical agents. The oven can be powered by domestic (non-commercial) electricity or gas.

KitchenAid Stove KERS205TSS 2 light issues.

The issue with the oven display light and the oven light on the KitchenAid Stove KERS205TSS 2 may be related. The problem with the oven display light could be due to a faulty control board or a malfunctioning light switch. The control board may need to be replaced if it is not sending a continuous signal to keep the light on. On the other hand, if the light switch is defective, it may not be able to maintain a connection to keep the light on. The issue with the oven light staying on could also be due to a faulty light switch. If the switch is stuck in the "on" position, it will not turn off even when the door is closed. This can cause the bulb to burn out prematurely and waste energy. To fix this issue, you may need to replace the light switch. It is possible that both issues are related and caused by a malfunctioning control board. If this is the case, replacing the control board should fix both problems. To fix these issues, it is recommended to contact a certified technician or an authorized service center for KitchenAid appliances. They will have the expertise and tools necessary to diagnose and repair the stove safely and effectively.
