First time I've heard of this problem... and since Intermatic doesn't have exact part, I would guess the problem is not common.Usually the trippers wear out or timer module stops or transformer burns out after power outage or bulbs burn out and are left unchanged so transformer overheats and quietly stops working.1) Suggest use gorilla glue and stick the thing back together in that manner.2) If the wires from transformer are connected to terminals, then you can use the flimsy plastic and glue it into place.3) Post a photo on internet and send link so expert can see what you have.4) Of if product is still under the 5-year warranty period, then send back to Intermatic and let them fix the product.Copy following link for product resources.http://waterheatertimer.org/Malibu-power-pack-stopped-working.htmlhttp://www.intermatic.com/CustomerSupport.aspx If you need further help, I’m available over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/gene_9f0ef4df2f9897e7

I found the Intermatic PB913N84 to be a direct replacement. It comes with tabs for the clock motor and switch connections. I just clipped off the wires to the old time, crimped on mating connectors for the tabs and brought three systems back to life in under 30 min. The PB913N84 can be found on the internet for $20-$40

My ml600tw timer is not

If the clock dial is not rotating, the clock motor has gone bad.
Easiest solution is set power pack in override so lights are on, then plug power pack into cheap plug-in timer.
Some people report being able to disassemble clock motor and add vaseline to gears to restore functionality. Other peole report not remembering how all the tiny gears fit back together.
My experience is that once motors slow down and overheat, they never work correctly again.
There are no replacement clock motors for power packs.

ML series power pack has 2 sets of A-B-C terminals.
1) The terminals are not on separate circuits.

Have a low volt intermatic transformer where only one side works.

If you have 2 sets of A and B terminals, then power pack is usually rated for 600 watts, with 300Watts on each A and B.
I don't know how to tell what wattage power pack is, except add up total watt amount of bulbs that originally came with unit. That should give approximate value of power pack wattage.

Can the ml600tw be installed inside the house

I think the reason the power pack is recommended for outdoor only is 1) It hangs on the wall and is not secured from falling down and injuring child 2) power packs have open terminals that might be violation of local electric code. The voltage on power pack terminals is just 12 volts but you don't want child sticking tongue on it 3) Noise: power packs make humming sound.
