May be both. Is the evaporator blocked or have ice built up on it? If so there could be two reasons for that. Low on freon or not enough airflow inside the cabinet.

Sounds like a oven thermostat- thermometer is bad. You can search your oven model number followed by manual
You can find part numbers and location. Or you can search how to replace thermostat for your stove. Good Luck. and stay safe.

Does the door seem to be closing all the way? I'm thinking that there is a heat sensor that is turning off the oven so that you don't melt the computer board... but that's just a guess

Never EVER use the self clean program. It always breaks the stove! The 650.F is extremely damaging to everything.

Disconnecting from the mains overnight, SHOULD empty the mainboard memory, but yours didn't so you need an engineer callout. It is all done by electronics, sensors and logic boards.

I had the same problem - here was my fix...

If you remove the warming drawer you will see the heating coil underneath the drawer held in place by three c-shaped clips that are screwed to the bottom of the stove. I finally realized the two front clips (open to the front of the drawer opening) had their tops pushed vertical and that was what was blocking the drawer from going back in. I bent and hammered the clips back into shape and also hammered the bottom of the drawer back into shape where I had bent it on the clips. Then was all good following the manual instructions.

From the scratches on the drawer bottom, it looks like the clips were installed that way at the factory. This was the first time I's had the warming drawer all the way open.
