Recheck the outlets and if they are on the same circuit as the dryer then you could have a problem with the wiring . My feeling if the living room outlets were changed there should be no connection between the living room and utility room. One way of telling is to get an extension cord and hook it to your dryer and to different outlets in the house that you know is working.f there is power on the living room receptacles then plug the dryer extension into them.

the drain pipe could be having a block. some times buttons and coins are the culprits.

If you have an appliance that is electronically controlled and has a display panel but settings seem to be "stuck" you can try this. No guarantee that it will work for your situation but you can try to reset the control panel by unplugging it for 10 minutes then plugging it back in. This may or may not help but it works every time my dryer gets stuck on or off with the panel display showing something odd, or stuck on so many minutes left but it doesn't ever stop. It won't cost you anything to try this. If it happens very often you may need the panel replaced.

Its possible, the water valve will be energised to allow water to come in. The only way to confirm is to pull the fridge out and see if the noise is coming from where the water hose would normally be connected.

Try disconnecting power for awhile to allow it to "reset".

Try going to another setting on the dial like heavy or delicate and spin the dial from start and click to almost the end of wash cycle and start. the pump should start draining. If not your may have to go a few clicks less or more just spin around again. If it does not pump out then it could be a clogged drain line or bad pump Mike .

The E9F code indicates the pump is clogged.

The error code E90 is just a group error code. It is indicating a communication error between the two boards in your machine. It does not indicate where the problem may be. Check door latch. It may need replacing

It could be a mechanical problem. Check that the door seal is not swollen or bulged. Is the door latch tight when you close the door? Check the door latch lever for alignment and wear.

first try moving your drain hose higher it can cause this problem

F03 is heating element circuit issue and PAU is drive motor power interruption. I would imagine the F03 could be cause by the same power issue that effects a PAU.
