Oster website should have all u need and i believe the diagram is able to be down loaded

search youtube for your model number for the wiring schematic for your model clippers

across the blades were they contact each other.  WD40 works fine.  

I have a picture of one, can you tell me where you got the new switch, I need to replace mine.

The center lead goes under the white wire.
The two end leads both go to one of the brass connectors
The black wire goes to the other brass connector.

Note the "Tab" at the top
