For some cameras you actually have to turn on the camera after connecting it to the computer. Also, make sure you are using the USB cable to transfer photos, not the 1394 port (if equipped).

Like an external hard-drive, when you either plug in your camera or insert the memory card into your computer, it will show up as a hard-drive or external device. if you go to 'my computer' in windows, or on the desktop in mac, you will be able to see the icon that represents said device. open the folder representing the device and navigate through the file until you find the directory where your photos are stored. usually it says 'dcim' or something like that. once you locate your photos, simply delete the ones you want to get rid of and copy/or cut and paste the ones you want to keep. from there you can free up some room or completely wipe out your storage for your camera. Bam, spagettios.

hello, this camera should not require software, if you plug the camera to your pc it should install automatically and show up in My computer or Computer folder which you can find from start menu or the desktop, it will be named as a "Removable storage device" inside you will probably find DCIM folder and possibly other folders and eventually your pictures, keep looking.

a good software for pictures is picasa.

picasa can download pictures from your camera, store them on your computer, and you can freely edit them with the program, also it is possible to put the pictures online.

The only way that you can obtain the driver for your camera is to request one from Largan support since all download site is down and they don;t have the driver for this available.

Try NOT using a driver.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program, such as Picasa ( http://picasa.google.com ).

Ok, well that's quite correct, however downloading and installing the drivers, first, should then enable communications between the two. Once this is done, then you could update.
So download the drivers, and install, then reboot, then and only then plug in the camera. It should be detected and install itself, then reboot, still connected, at next desktop, now, you can do whatever you wish.
