Check to be sure your rubber gasket is clean and in the proper place which should be between the jug and the blade asembly. Also I have seen leaking when the assembly was tightened too much. If you still have your receipt etc you may be able to exchange the unit where you purchased it. Alternatively contact the manufacturer and see if they can replace under warrenty
