Hi,
Most likely the seal at the pump shaft is bad and the water leaks out as the motor is running...this can be fixed by an experienced plumber, but is rather difficult and parts are hard to find.
Replacing the whole pump and motor may be the best option...

no not really the only way to fix it right is to open up the walls. this is a common problem with these units, the best thing you can do is contact the manufacture who made it and ask them what to do.

No, not without sealing, I mean clogging, the drain. Do you know exactly where the leak is coming from? I would suspect that the water is getting around the drain, instead of down the drain. The visible part of the drain should unscrew from the part that is underneath. That bottom part is likely permanently sealed to your drain plumbing.
You may be able to easily fix your leak by:
#1 Unscrewing the visible drain top.
#2 Replacing the washer under that top. This will seal your tub to your drain. All water will then be forced to flow down the drain properly.
#3 Screw the top of your drain back into place WITHOUT folding or wrinkling the new washer.

Sounds as if you may need a new switch to turn the tub on/off. You can find one on our site www.uspartscenter.com

There may also be a breaker close to the tub and a reset button inside of the unit. I would begin by opening up the base and looking for a reset button. good luck

Okay. The question is a bit lacking in details. Password for what? Password ON what? Where was the file stolen from? Who stole the file? What is the file content. What is the file extension (the bit after the file name and the period file_name.what)? All questions need to start 'make model (what it is)' first 3 words. And then a clear question. I have never heard of a toilet that needs an electronic reset, but it appears it is as simple as just disconnecting the power for 10 minutes. It does sound though are yours has a failing flush valve. I managed an airport lounge and we had dozens of electronic toilets and we had to keep a box of spares for them and just put new parts in them including complete control boards. I would take it back for another toilet.

Kohler has good support. You can view the diagrams for that unit with the link I am posting. There are no filters listed in the diagram that might need to be cleaned. There is a chance that the unit has developed a clog from hair etc in the pump impellor. The flange may have come loose and is allowing air in the suction side of the pump too. We had a problem with phantom flushing. Call Kholer. They will send redesigned battery holder and top of flush unit for free. Seems to have fixed the issue.

The only batteries are in the docking station. If the remote is attached to the docking station, take that off and set it aside. Next, carefully lift the docking station up and out from the mounting bracket. Look at the back of the docking station, push the two tabs outwards (away from each other) simultaneously to open the battery compartment cover. Replace the batteries (4 AAs) in the correct orientation. Reinstall the cover. Then replace the docking station on the mounting bracket and put the remote back on the dock if desired.
