Things you might try but turn it off before attempting repair.:
Check the flow meter and sensor: Open the machine and locate the flow meter and the sensor. Unplug the sensor and check the cables for any loose or rusty connections. Clean the connector and plug it back in.
Replace the flow meter and sensor: If the problem persists after checking and cleaning the connections, consider replacing the flow meter and the sensor.
Use manual or program mode: As an alternative, you can use the manual or program mode to control the water volume.

The Hamilton Beach 49966 is a coffee maker that uses both ground coffee and coffee pods. The E06 error code on this model indicates a problem with the water flow sensor. This could be caused by a clogged water filter or an issue with the water pump. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the E06 error code:
Clean the water filter: Check the water filter and make sure it is clean and free of debris. If it is dirty, rinse it with water and let it dry before reinserting it into the machine.
Check the water tank: Make sure that the water tank is properly seated and has enough water. If the water level is low, refill the tank with fresh water.
Clean the water lines: Over time, the water lines inside the machine can become clogged with mineral deposits or other debris. You can try running a descaling solution through the machine to clean the lines.
Reset the machine: Unplug the machine from the power source for a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on to see if the E06 error code has cleared.
If none of these steps work, the issue may be with the water pump or sensor, and you may need to contact Hamilton Beach customer support for further assistance or to request a repair.
I've also had this problem with the Krups 'Il Primo' - reduced steam for frothing of milk but plenty of espresso.Diagnosis: over many uses, a residue of dried milk plugs the interior of the steamer tip.Fix: Using a small adjustable wrench, remove the tip. Clean it inside and out with a tooth pick. Reattach the tip - gentle with the wrench.
All your delivery tubes are blocked with congealed sour milk. These machines need cleaning daily with Enzyme milk cleaner like Rinza, but they don't tell you this stuff when you buy them. I spent the last 9 years of my career with high volume coffee machines (1,000 cups a day) and ours were cleaned three times a day. In a previous position where they were actually done once a day, the tubes sometimes had to be removed and cleaned manually. The milk in the tubes was disgusting and stuck to the walls of the plastic tube like glue! They also don't tell you that these machines need dealer service every 6 to 12 months.

If your machine is not displaying the descale or decalcify option, you can try forcing it into descaling mode. To do this, press and hold the rotary switch until "RINSE" is displayed. Briefly press the rotary switch again until "RINSE" lights up. Turn the rotary switch until "DECALCIFY" is displayed. Product Support - JURA
Here are some possible reasons why the milk steamer flow is diminished and steam is not coming out of the bottom of the machine:
Clogged steam wand: The steam wand might be clogged with milk residue, which can restrict the flow of steam. Try cleaning the steam wand with a damp cloth or a pipe cleaner.
Faulty steam valve: The steam valve might be faulty or damaged, which can cause a decrease in steam pressure. In this case, you may need to replace the valve.
Blocked milk frother: The milk frother might be blocked with milk residue, which can prevent the milk from frothing properly. Try cleaning the milk frother with a damp cloth or a pipe cleaner.
Faulty milk frother: The milk frother might be faulty or damaged, which can cause a decrease in milk flow and prevent proper frothing. In this case, you may need to replace the milk frother.
If none of these solutions work, it's best to contact DeLonghi's customer service for further assistance
Sorry. Neither Amazon, nor Ebay, nor QVC, nor Wayfair are even able to pull up a used Keystone Cook's Essential Ice Maker available, much less a basket for one. Amazon has a bunch of replacement baskets, none of which fit your unit. Home Depot has portable ice makers but I didn't see replacement baskets there. I tried to find the manual for this ice maker and couldn't. QVC didn't have a customer service number for Cook's Essential in spite of having sold the product. And I can't find it elsewhere. Maybe the customer service number at Cooks Direct has access to such information. 8666132617. I've taken a deep dive and can't find what you are looking for. https://www.homedepot.com/b/Appliances-Ice-Makers-Portable-Ice-Makers/Removable-Basket/N-5yc1vZ2fkour4Z1z0v5nbhttps://www.amazon.com/Ice-Maker-Replacement-Tray/s?k=Ice+Maker+Replacement+Tray
Usually descaling the heating reservoir takes care of that. You know best if this servicing is required but perhaps already after a couple of years. Don't use vinegar. Suitable, apart from descaling powder supplied by the manufacturer, are diluted lactic acid and citric acid but the commonly used citric acid is not lemon juice, it is a white powder or it consists of small crystals and is to be dissolved in water. Note that the water will taste acidic even after rinsing and use for a couple of times since those acids are very (!) strong. Do not breath in the fumes that come out of the coffee maker and use the - pump water only - function when your machine has one. This also serves protection against frost. For me it is pressing two buttons combined. Descaling is done, being applied, when water comes out clear.
