Add 1 pkg yeast to a cup of warm water with teaspoon of sugar. Let foam 15 minutes. Then add 3 cups bread flour and form a dough. Sprinkle the dough with half teaspoon of salt. "Knead" the salt in. Place in loaf pan. Let rise until doubled, bake at 300 until done, about 50 minutes.

If the fuse blows on closing the door, its almost certainly going to be a broken or worn door latch or door latch switch. The switch is wired so that it is impossible for the unit to work with the door open . If something is wrong with the door or if anyone tries to poke things in the latch openings to get the oven to work with the door open, it will blow the fuse.

Daft question but have you tried downloading off internet can get haynes manuals for cars I did for car radio then printed off got my own how to do manual now

I dont got much to go on .The first thing i would check is the door interlock switches.If you can give me more detail on when its blowing the fuses...I be happpy to help

The temperature is checked with a sensor attached at the base of the bowl - that sensor (a thermistor - a resistor with a variable resistance according to the temperature) is either faulty or has became detached from its location.
You will need to dismantle the unit (the bottom comes first) and check the sensor - at least a multimeter and the basic knowledge on how to use it will be needed . If you don't have both a visit to your local repair shop will be mandatory - the repair will cost you roughly $100.
