Hello 1999.We can reset the code together. And for many errors the copier can be reset, and then recover, then move on like normal. However the code you have (E000003-0000) means that an extremely temperature sensitive area of the machine misbehaved. And the copier gets really anal about monitoring this temp so the code may return as soon as the copier runs a diagnostic, but I can assure you we can reset the code so lets give a whirl and hope for the best.Ok, on your operator control panel, next to the nine key pad,is a button that says "additional functions".Locate it and we will perform a 3 step function that will allow you to enter "service mode" which will let you clear the code. Press "additional function", release it and then immediately press the 2 and 8 buttons simultaneously, release them and then press additional functions again. As I said this is a 3 step process that should be done in a smooth but timely fashion. If done properly this will summon a new screen that will show you a few "blocks" and the top block will say COPIER. Press it and a new screen will appearwhich will have several blocks across the top of the screen. One will say FUNCTION and you need to press it. Again a new screen. Look at the menu in the body of the screen and you will see CLEAR. Press clear. New screen again and look for ERR. Press ERR. After you have touched ERR notice the "OK" button in the lower right corner of the screen. Touch "ok". Now unplug the copier and wait a few seconds. Now plug that baby back in. The copier will attempt to return to a ready condition by "warming up". This is where the copier may notice a problem with the temp. Then make a copy. This will force the copier to run a brief diagnostic(which you wont see). If the copy successfully exits the copier then you should be ok. But the fact that the code occurred at all Means that at a minimum the copier had previously seen a problem and so the code may return. Hopefully, we just saved you the expense of a service call and all remains well. I hope I have helped you and I will keep my fingers crossed hoping it was merely a momentary problem. Good luck and take care. SPINAL

I don't know. User manuals for the Drypix machines do NOT provide an error code. It is more likely to be in a service manual. Here is a page of people who have had this problem. It includes their email addresses. As this is used in a medical environment, they consequentially must have addressed the problem somehow. Try their email addresses and see if you can get a response. Otherwise, you probably will have to contact a Fuji service tech. I can't find the error codes published on the web.

There might be an accessible service manual at the following site if you "signed up" for it. But I don't promote use of such sites simply because I have no way of assessing whether or not it is a malicious link and heaven help you if you allow a hacker to get into your medical office computers. At minimum, it would cost you your job.

- Check to ensure the microwave is plugged in securely. If not, remove the plug from the outlet, wait 10 seconds, and plug it in again securely.
- Check for a blown circuit fuse or a tripped main circuit breaker. If these seem to be operating properly, test the outlet with another appliance.

If the error does not go away, there may still be a scrap of paper blocking several sensors, or the sensor may be faulty.

Having the software will do you no good. You need an authorized service technician to load it and configure it, and hopefully restore the old settings if there is a backup.

Developer pollution error. Check to see if there is toner in the hopper. Cycle printer power a couple of times. If that doesn't reset the error, you will have to call an authorized service provider.

No paper manuals exist. All electronic and protected.

Best case, the scanner will have to be calibrated by a service technician. Recalibrating it with the user may be possible, but probably won't be of use. Worst case the camera on the back of the scanner may have to be recalibrated. This is a very long and tedious procedure. Most technicians can't do it, and won't try.

Developer pollution error. Check to see if you have toner in the hopper. It should be about 1/2 full. Cycle the power of this a couple of times to see if the developer motor and toner hopper run and it may clear the problem. If not, you will have to call an authorized service representative to see if they can recover the error. Most likely it just ran out of toner and generated an error that a technician has to clear.

What model of TDS?

Office Equipment... | Answered on Feb 28, 2020

There is a device called a paper switch on the back of the unit. It deflects and guides the paper to either the top delivery or outputs to the rear. Ensure it is installed properly and not knocked off of its mounting brackets/hooks. Also, check the connector on the rear right side of the paper switch to make sure it is plugged into the back of the printer. If everything looks ok, power on the printer. The paper switch will cycle positions. If it doesn't the motor in the paper switch may have failed or perhaps it is just the sensor. Unfortunately, if it is the paper switch, the entire paper switch will have to be replaced. It is pricey.

If you have a TC4 Scanner connected to your system, it may be the ScanCon Controller. Go to the Express Web tools site and click on the Support Tab. There should be a section where is says TC4 Scanner Installed. Remove the scanner in the setup. Reboot the CW650. If the printer comes up without issue, it is the ScanCon controller that is the issue. It may need to be looked at. Either reimaged or repaired.
