Hi Amanda :) This could be a common problem for many phones. If im right you should be able to tell the phone were the sms are saved. Like were you saved facebook , there should be a meny somewere that tell you how to save on the SD-card. Because some phones dont have very much memory. Hi, If you are using Android phone you need to make sure that the ring-tone volume is not muted. Just goto setting and sound and then increase all the volume, sometime even if the phone is not in silent mode it won't ring due to Android sound settings . You can also use the volume rocker key to increase the ring tone volume. Just in case also change the ring-tone as well in case if the ring tone file is corrupt. Now try ringing your phone from another phone and see if that works. If it still doesn't work, just turn off your phone and take the battery out for 10 seconds and put it back. Try ringing it again. If nothing works, there might be problem with your built in speakers. And you need to contact the manufacturer. It would be better if you could tell your phone make, model and mobile operating system name and version, to help you further. Cheers!

I just solved this problem on my son's phone. I removed the sim card and sd memory card. Then I had to do a factory reset. Press and hold the volume down and the power button until the picture of the android shows up. Then the menu button. This will open the recovery screen. Use the volume control to move up and down the screen and select the restore by pressing the home key. After I made sure it would turn on and stay on, I replaced sim and sd card.

Not possible. SIM card can hold only up to 250 names/numbers and 30 SMS. Nothing else.

The only way to reset the phone is to be logged in, and you cannot do that as you are locked out. Since you bought your phone from T-Mobile, take it back and they may be able to help you with it. Since you are locked out, there may not be much else you can do. In the future, don't put a password into a phone until you get used to it. Try a session with the user guide. Putting in a wrong password 10 times, could lock you out permanantly.
