The fault code "EE2" on a Sharp commercial microwave oven means that the magnetron 2 circuit has a problem and is pulling too little or too much current.
It may be the magnetron, high voltage transformer, high voltage diode, wiring, etc.
Since you didn't mention your model number I can't say for sure, but magnetron 2 is usually the lower magnetron in a Sharp.
