Probably a problem with the door latch safety system. This happens every so often with our microwave, which is over 25 years old, and otherwise works perfectly.
If yours is new, it may still be under warranty. If not, there are places that specialize in fixing microwave ovens.
If it is an older, or less expensive oven, it might be time for a new one.

The fault code "EE2" on a Sharp commercial microwave oven means that the magnetron 2 circuit has a problem and is pulling too little or too much current.

It may be the magnetron, high voltage transformer, high voltage diode, wiring, etc.

Since you didn't mention your model number I can't say for sure, but magnetron 2 is usually the lower magnetron in a Sharp.

You can order Sharp commercial microwave parts here.

If you need more help, we may have the service manual for you to download free.

But we would need the model number.

The touchpad area is a membrane type keypad that is usually glued to the front of the panel and is connected to the circuitry via a flat ribbon cable...you may need to replace the keypad assembly...you will need to contact Sharp or an appliance repair parts store to see if the keypad is still available...if you can find one...then you will need to remove the cover to gain access to the front panel assembly...remove the ribbon cable from the circuit board....peel off the old keypad...and replace it with the new one and then assemble the unit in reverse order as explained above...a word of caution..if you are working inside the unit..be careful not to touch the capacitor(oval silver can looking thing) or the high voltage transformer as these will deliver a nasty..possibly fatal..electric shock...these capacitors can hold a charge for weeks. If you want to feel a little safer...you can take an insulated screwdriver and short out the two leads on the capacitor before you begin working on the unit(make sure it's unplugged). If this is done then it will be safe to handle most any component inside the unit.
