The fuse is given inside the microwave next to the mains cord connected inside , it can be checked by series tester or by a multi meter ,it must provide the continuation.

Remove outer cover and check if you did not have a spillover from something you last cooked as the center where the turntable fits on has a opening under it and liquid could have leaked through
It's probably an issue with the bottom door switch, or its mount. It's a pretty easy DIY fix.

sounds like the control board. a bad solder. they cost 350.00 so your best bet is to try and disassemble and look for the bad solder joint on the control board, you could possibly take it to your local tv repair shop. here a link to the part. theres two boards one is power supply noise filter and logic. inspect both, make sure you stay clear of the HV red power lines running to capacitor magnetron, use a screwdriver and discharge the capacitor to frame before you start
