You can't, you take it to a Sharp Service Centre. The magnetron has a poisonous heavy metal core and the capacitor holds a heart shopping 20,000 volts. The microwave emissions can make you blind in 8 to 10 seconds. The case has security screws to stop you getting inside the case. At 17 years old, you should be replacing it. Having said that, "they don't make them like they used to". Wave guide cover appears easy to get, the magnetron not so easy. Probably only a 90 day warranty but you should have 1 year on parts. Check to see if it will void the part warranty if you open the unit. Or just take to authorized dealer. Sounds like the control board is out. This is part of the keyboard where you enter commands and also contains the clock. There are components on that board which can be replaced, but if it’s still got the warranty on that board you are entitled to a new one. Labor cost is not covered. Also, if you don’t currently use a spike protector on the power cord, please use one ongoing. This greatly reduces the chance of a repeat of the same problem even with another unit. Disconnecting from the power is the only Reset you have on a microwave. It sounds like it needs professional service.

Most microwave ovens now use a similar method for setting the time on the front. A lot of times on the sharp microwave they have a series of plastic levers and linkage that have to push up and down to latch your door and close the switches inside if one of the switches inside does not close properly the machine thinks the door is open so it will not allow it to run or heat when you open the door look at the little hooks that are sticking out of the door and try to push them up and down and make sure that they have a spring action to them if they do not or one is loose then that is where your problem is

Don't know exactly but internet seems to think the model was manufactured 2006 - 2012.

It is unlikely you will be able to get a replacement without sending to the manufacturer. This is likely to be expensive unless its in warranty.
