Paper jam error
pls 1. Cover_TPH_A5, Peeler_Press_A5RT.
2. Change Capstan roller or Jam sensor.
3. Change capstan motor
Error paper jam
It is possible that there is a little peice of paper that has ripped off of the sheet that was jammed. Was the sheet whole when you removed it? If not, check the location where the paper was jammed for bits of the last sheet of paper.
How to change empty tray message please?
Question edited for typos.
All questions need full 'make model (what it is)' as the first 3 words.
Remove the tray and look for sensors or something on the paper tray that registers when it is out of paper. Fill the tray and replace it.
Also try a power reset. Remove to wall plug for 10 minutes then plug it back in.
