How do I remove the ink cartridge
go to start menu, right-click computer, click manage, on the left double click device manager, when the menu is populated look for other devices, you should see your printer. double-click it. a menu will pop up, click the tab labelled driver, then click update driver, click the option that lets windows search for solutions/drivers online. this will find and install the drivers automatically the way windows knows best, this should fix the printer not detected issue and the printer should be ready for use. that is given that you have the latest kodak software installed on your computer. for some reason there is a compatability issue with windows 7. its the kodak software not windows 7. im looking for a way to report the issue to kodak now, hopefully they can resolve this issue to eliminate all this trouble. took me all night to troubleshoot my printer only to find that kodak hadnt corrected the issue on their end.
