I would like to remove movement to clean back side
If it's just a fogged crystal, you don't have to remove the works. Just remove the back and let it sit in a dry (Low humidity) room for a day. Removing the stem is something that should be left to the watchmakers. A fogged lens is from swimming or taking a shower while wearing it when the seals are no longer in perfect condition. Just being in a very humid environment can also fog a lens. Find a "Watchmaker" in your area. They will be better equipped to work on watches, than a jeweler.

Second hand skips
This is warning: it's time to change the battery. Your watch is fitted with EOL (end of life) feature and this is how the low battery power is displayed. However, the watch will keep running correctly for about two weeks.
Rate me, please.

Carrera automatic. stops with 8 hours of non
Hi
I hate to be blunt be if it stops after 8 hours of wear, it may need a service! Most watches (particularly automatics which winds constitantly, when being worn).
Take it to your local watchmaker for a assessment? If it's less then 2 years old take it back to your place of purchase with reciepts as most swatch group (rado, longines, and tag etc) have a 2 year international g/t (that what we have here in australia and way, please consult your warranty card for verification!)

Time is slow, not accurate at TAG QUARTZ watch
Rarely but sometimes, even the jewelers batteries can be low on energy even when new.
Very unusual that an expensive watch does what you're saying.
Has the watch ever been dropped, OR does it have any noticeable scatches or scuff marks along the edges? use a magnifying glass to inspect it carefully.
if you find unusual marks or scratches, you may have been sold a bad watch too.

Are accutime watches waterproof
Accutime watches, like many other brands, offer a range of models with different levels of water resistance. However, whether a specific Accutime watch is waterproof depends on its design and specifications.
It's essential to check the user manual or the manufacturer's website for your particular Accutime watch model to determine its water resistance rating. Watches typically have a water resistance rating measured in meters (or ATM), indicating the depth to which they can withstand water pressure without leaking.
Here are some general guidelines regarding water resistance ratings:
1. **Water Resistant (30 meters/3 ATM)**: Watches with this rating can withstand splashes of water or light rain but are not suitable for swimming or diving.
2. **Water Resistant (50 meters/5 ATM)**: Watches with this rating are suitable for swimming, showering, and other water-related activities, but not for diving.
3. **Water Resistant (100 meters/10 ATM)**: Watches with this rating are suitable for swimming, snorkeling, and other water sports but may not be suitable for deep diving.
4. **Water Resistant (200 meters/20 ATM or more)**: Watches with this rating are suitable for recreational scuba diving and other water sports.
It's important to note that water resistance can diminish over time due to wear and tear, aging of seals, or accidental damage. To maintain the water resistance of your watch, avoid exposing it to extreme temperature changes, chemicals, or high-pressure water, and have it checked by a professional if you notice any signs of water intrusion or damage.
Ultimately, always refer to the specific water resistance rating and guidelines provided by the manufacturer for your Accutime watch to ensure its proper care and use around water.

My C9 champion watch only goes up to year 2020, can I change it?
If your C9 Champion watch only goes up to the year 2020 and does not allow you to set the date beyond that, it may indicate that the watch's internal calendar function has a limited range. Unfortunately, some digital watches have a fixed range for their calendar function and cannot be manually adjusted beyond a certain year.
In this case, if you need to set the date beyond 2020, you may not be able to do so with this particular watch model. However, there are a few things you can try:
1. **Check the Manual**: Refer to the user manual that came with your watch to see if there are any instructions or settings related to adjusting the calendar function. Sometimes, there may be a hidden feature or a specific button combination to extend the calendar range.
2. **Contact Customer Support**: Reach out to C9 Champion customer support or the manufacturer of the watch to inquire about the possibility of adjusting the calendar beyond 2020. They may have insights or instructions that are not included in the user manual.
3. **Consider Professional Assistance**: If you're unable to find a solution on your own, you could take the watch to a professional watch repair shop or jeweler. They may have the expertise to adjust or modify the watch's calendar function, although this could potentially void any warranty on the watch.
If none of these options are successful, you may need to consider using an alternate method for tracking dates beyond 2020, such as a digital calendar app on your smartphone or computer.

Sector adv 1000 manual
ZERO-SETTING OF THE SECONDS-HAND & SUB-SECOND HAND ON THE SECTOR ADV1000 CHRONOGRAPH.
NOTE: The pusher buttons A, B & C are positioned on the watch at the 2 o'clock (A), 10 o'clock (B) & 8 o'clock positions (C), while the crown is at the 4 o'clock position.
1) Set the crown at the normal (in) position.
2) Push the B button twice.
3) Pull out the crown to the 2nd position (fully out).
a.) Seconds-hand setting: a push of button A moves the 2nd hand by 1 second. Move it until it is at the zero position.
b.) 2/100ths second hand: a push of button B moves the 2/100ths second hand by one 2/100ths second. A continuous push moves it quickly. Move it until it is at the zero position.
4) Push the crown back in to normal position.
QUICK-SET OF THE CALENDAR DATE
With the alarm switch off, pull out the crown halfway to the first "out" position (not fully out). Turn the crown clockwise to quick-set the date.

Bonaire Evap Cooling - Changed batteries and error keeps flashing up left hand side of time when you push any button
If you've changed the batteries in your Bonaire Evap Cooling unit and you're seeing an error flashing up on the left-hand side of the display when you push any button, it could indicate a few potential issues:
1. **Incorrect Battery Installation**: Double-check that the batteries are installed correctly, with the positive and negative terminals aligned properly according to the markings in the battery compartment. Incorrect battery installation can lead to erratic behavior or display errors.
2. **Low Battery Voltage**: Ensure that the new batteries have sufficient voltage. Sometimes, even fresh batteries can be defective or have low power if they've been stored for a long time. Try replacing them with a different set of new batteries to see if the issue persists.
3. **Resetting the Unit**: Try performing a reset on the unit to clear any temporary glitches or errors. This can usually be done by unplugging the unit from power (or removing the batteries) for a few minutes, then plugging it back in (or reinstalling the batteries).
4. **Faulty Display or Control Panel**: If the error persists after trying the above steps, it's possible that there may be an issue with the display or control panel itself. In this case, you may need to contact Bonaire customer support or a qualified technician for further assistance or to arrange for repairs.
5. **Consult the User Manual**: Refer to the user manual or troubleshooting guide provided with your Bonaire Evap Cooling unit for specific instructions on dealing with error messages or display issues. The manual may contain additional information or troubleshooting steps tailored to your specific model.
If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it's best to reach out to Bonaire customer support or a qualified technician for further assistance. They can provide expert guidance and help diagnose any underlying issues with your cooling unit.
