Danby wine cooler DWC440 stopped cooling - makes clicking noise
sounds like you need a new start kit or your compressor is lockedup. get a supco 3in1 for fractional hp compressors.wire it in correctly! you only get one chance at the last step.

Doesn't cool, what could it be?
Can you access the back? If it is very hot, the compressor is working but the condenser needs a thorough clean and check if it has a fan that may have stopped working. If the condenser is cold, the compressor isn't running. Could be faulty, but could just be a thermostat gone.
