just go to gallery select the folder/pics you want to move after selecting option will come in side as cut,copy some time comes with figure cut(scissor),copy(file ) once you cut/copy, it'll copy in clipboard and clip board will be visible in top/bottom corner now open the folder where you want to transfer and open the clipboard by tapping/clicking it and press paste option its done

hey try doing a reset on ur phone and check if it works. It could be a software glitch. Just take off the battery and put it back in, once u do that. -You can hold the volume down key and then hold the Power key to enter into recovery mode, and then choose the wipe data/factory reset to erase user data. (Use ur volume keys to scroll and power/menu key to choose the option)
