Hi
Disconnect the electrical power. Turn it off at the panel breaker to the kitchen appliances or plug out the electrical plug from the wall outlet.
Once you do this, allow power to be off for about 15 - 20 minutes. Supply electrical power back to the appliance. This will reset the internal circuit.
If that does not work and the door has a lever which you move to the closed/open position, it may be jammed, bent slightly or forced closed to much. Wiggle it genitally as you attempt to open/release the locking device. You may have to remove the front glass panel to access the locking device. Be sure electrical power is off before doing so.
OR did you ran the self-clean…
1. Let it cool down and it should open, if not.
2. Unplug the unit or shut off the circuit breaker for 5 minutes. Plug the unit back in or turn on the circuit breaker then try moving the door lock lever or opening the door if there is no lever.
3. Set the self-clean cycle again and only allow it to work for 15 minutes. Cancel the self-clean cycle and allow the oven to cool. Try moving the door lock lever or opening the door if there is no lever.
