Keep having to resight scope
Sounds like they are right. The cross hair adjustment mechanism may be defective. I'd call bushnell and see what they can do for you.

After sighting in the scope,I take a few more
This symptom is typically caused by slippage of the scope in the rings, you should tighten the ring screws to 15 inch pounds or so. Many ring sets are slightly misaligned or poorly machined.
If you continue to have problems, you may need to use a ring lapping/alignment tool (available from midwayusa, (http://www.midwayusa.com/Search/#wheeler%20scope____-_1-2-4_8-16-32). This will increase the surface of the ring that actually contacts the scope, thus increasing the clamping force and friction to keep the scope in place during recoil.
Don't know what type of rings you have, but Leupold makes excellent rings. I have not found it necessary to lap these rings to date, even on my 45/70.
Other issues may include loose mount screws or loose ring to base mounts.
Mount your base screws using 15 to 20 inch pounds of torque and blue locktite. Torque your ring to base screws to 30 inch pounds or so.
If the scope is slipping in the rings, a quick temporary fix that might help is to apply rosin to the inside of the scope rings to increase friction. I have also used a dab of rubber cement as a temporary fix.
Scope wont shoot good groups
That can get expensive, I had the same problem, bought a Bushnell scope and it went everywhere but on the target, couldn't hold it steady, with my win mod 70 in 308 with heavy barrel, I said that's it, I went and bought a Leupold, no problems since. I don't know what was wrong with the Bushnell, just couldn't handle the blast I guess. I put he Bushnell on my bolt action 223 and haven't had a problem with it, but always expect one because of what happened before. I don't remember the model number, but it was a 3x9. Hope this helps.
Windage fully clockwise "In" and not quite there at 100 yds.
remount the scope using millett angle lock rings that allow you to adjust for windage. bring the scope as close to hitting bulls eye as possible then use the scopes adjustments for the fine tuning. before remounting you will want to recenter the reticule.
My scope is fogging up on the inner lense not
You can try to clear this your self. You will need a good sized clear plastic bag, say kitchen trash can size. You will need to get your hands on some nitrogen gas or you can also use carbon dioxide gas. You will need some good electrical contact grease or Vaseline will also work. Take the focus lens off of your scope, (This means unscrew it from the scope body) let it dry out a day or so. Now ck for any o-rings on the scope body some will have a small o-ring - like a good flash light the good metal kind, and try to find new if it has one if you can, put the grease on the screw threads. Put all the scope parts in the bag and pump up the bag with your nitrogen and tie off the bag but leave room so you can screw the lens back on once it has set for a little bit in the gas. This should let gas stay inside the scope so no moisture can get back inside to fog it up. Try that, sounds crazy but it will work.
3-9x40 bushnell scope red dot wont come on???
I believe your model takes an 3V lithium battery type 2032. Grasp the
battery cover and turn it counter clockwise until battery is exposed
small screw driver, gently pry the battery free, replace it and,
tighten the battery cover.
here is a manual

Sighting in, clicks don't move where they're supposed to.
Ja, it's 1/4 M.O.A, so at 25 yards/meter it'll be ca 3 inches. You may have gone in the wrong direction. That is, if it was 3' high, and you went another 3 higher then you'd be at the top of the paper. Probably you've got it figured out by now.
The easiest, fastest, cheapest way to zero is with a rifle rest you can clamp your scope into, or alternatively somehow immobilize your rifle some other way. You take a shot, at 25 yards or so. It makes a hole. You now immobilize the rifle, via your rest or heavy sandbags, with the scope pointing exactly where you aimed before. You now, carefully and without moving the rifle/scope off of the point of aim, dial your reticle to point at the actual bullet hole. Your next shot will be at your point of aim now. So you just put it at the right height above your point of aim at 100 yards now.
Eyepiece assembly bushnell telescope
You never told us what model number or telescope TYPE you own. Is this a refractor or a reflector. ???
If a REFRACTOR usually you have a diagonal, the diagonal goes into the focuser and then the eyepiece goes into the diagonal.
On a REFLECTOR the eyepiece goes directly into the focuser.
