Where is sim card on a utstarcom mobile phone

Depends on the phone but most likely it's under the battery. If not there, then look for a slot on the side of the phone, covered with either a small rectangular piece of rubber or an easily removed piece of hard plastic.

That being said, some models won't have a sim card. It depends on the carrier and the phone. Sprint, Verizon, & others that use their networks (such as Virgin) only started using sim cards when 4G LTE was launched. If the phone isnt designed for LTE and the phone is a CDMA phone (the technology that Sprint & Verizon use) then it wont have a sim card unless it the phone was also designed for use abroad (E.g. Europe).

Where is sim card on utstarcom

That phone doesnt use sim cards. In the U.S., there are two different cellular technologies: CDMA and GSM (most of the rest of the world uses GSM). Up until 4G-LTE came along, CDMA phones didnt use sim cards. The cdm7176 is an older CDMA phone and thus doesn't have a sim slot.

How to remove call from

Your cell phone keeps track of every call you make and receive through it, including a caller's phone number and the date and time a call took place. If you answered the call, it records how long you talked. If you do not want this type of information about your habits to remain on your phone, you can delete records of individual cell phone calls received, dialed or missed, or delete the entire call log at once.

Delete Call Log

1.From the home screen, click the "Menu" button on your phone to navigate to the main menu of your cell phone. This is where your call log application is located, among other features such as your address book and text messaging.

2.Click on the "Call Log" or "Recent Calls" icon. The name may vary slightly depending on your cell phone provider.

3.Select " All Calls" from the call log screen.

4.Scroll down and select "Delete All." This will delete all calls from your call log.

TRYING TO FIND AN IMEI

Have you tried *#06# and then "Ok" or "Call" or simply type in *#06# on the main menu (on the screen as you type numbers). If this isn't helpful, then it must be written somewhere inside the battery compartment. Turn off the phone and look inside the compartment where the model number is written.

If you need further help, let me know with the model name.

Good luck.

Thanks for using FixYa.

I have a UTStarcom Shuttle. I am trying to play to play music

Put a microSD memory card (limit 4GB) in the phone. Take a few pictures and make a short video .Use the phone menu to transfer the pictures an video to the external memory card. Use the media player to watch your recorded video. Try to play music and you will get a no content found message. Now, turn off the phone, remove the memory card and place it into an adapter that will connect to a computer by usb port. Windows should recognize it as a removable drive. If you look at that drive in Explorer you will see 3 folders. Pictures are in my_pix. Videos are in my_flix. Transfer .mp3 files to the my_music folder. When you put the card back into the phone you can play the mp3 files with the media player. Yes, I did this and it works.

I downloaded my music files to the micro sd and

Access your card from your computer and take note of the files.......your cell phone creates different folders for different menu options.
The folder should be music, but depending on your carrier could be labeled as sounds.....all files should be moved to this specific folder....so 1: access the media card 2: mover the media contents to the appropriate folder 3: your ready to go :)
another option is the copy the entire contents of the card to a folder on your desktop and format the card from the settings menu in your phone..............now you can look through the folders that the device creates to determine the one used for music......

geeeze.....hope i didnt lose you there
GOOD LUCK!!!! & Please Rate This Post!!!!!!!!!

I had a paper jam in this model: DM72C and I cleaned all the paper out but it won't start shredding again even though all the power lights are on and ready. What am I missing?

You were asked questions? I have been campaigning for this for 3 months. I told them you need a pop-up All questions need 'make model (what it is)' as first 3 words. You are missing the maker, but you do mention 'shredding'. Then I also said 'There are 40,000 categories to choose from'. You chose 'Cell Phones'. and it's not a 'memo', it's a question. :>) So, first of all, disconnect it from the mains for 30 minutes. If you jammed it, you were working it hard, and when it jams, heat builds up in the motor and trips the thermal protection device. They have a thermal cut out, some have a thermal fuse what need physically replacing, but most reset when they cool. Does it work in reverse? A jam can sometimes damage the switch in the throat of the shredder, some are a mechanical switch, some are an infra-red sensor. https://www.google.com/search?q=DM72C ..

GPX Media Player model MT851B. My touchscreen doesn't respond on it. How do I fix it

There doesn't seem to be anything online to suggest how to do a reset or recalibrate the screen. You could try three things Look for a tiny Reset hole in the back. Connect it to a computer and in Windows Explorer see if the is any useful right click commands? Or leave it running until it runs out of power, wait 24 hours before recharging. ..
