try to format teh micro SD card first using the phone, make sure that you have a back up copy on your PC then try to re transfer the songs again. Also u need to check if the songs that you have is supported by the phone.

if you have verizon wireless that would be why. verizon dosnt allow song or ringtone transfer by bluetooth. that way you have to use their program to purchase them so they get money for it. good business lol. if you dont have verizon then im not exactly sure what yould be wrong sorry.

the phone needs what is called an eprom flash to correct this issue so you will need to take the phone to a mobile reapir shop and have them fix it for you.

Ok, the vibrating mechanism inside the phone will need to be replaced. this mech will stop completely soon. this repair will have to be initiated by a samsung service tech. You may be able to take this phone in for a local repair at your local cell phone providers retail outlet.

The code is the last 4 digits of your phone number. I don't know why, I don't know how. I only know trhat I was trying everything I copuld think of, and that is the thing that worked.

My phone is an Alltell model that I bouight used and had flashed over to Cricket service. They did not program this code in when I bought the phone...as the sellers did not know my phone number to begin with.

But this morning, it said "locked," and I spent 1/2 hour typing in guesses. The last 4 of my phone number, worked. Who in the heck knows why...but it did.

Easiest way would be to call up Cricket and ask for the subsidy code.

put the music into your my_music folder on your phone after you download it.

what folder are u putting the music into on the phone?

reformat your phone, but remember this will delete all ringtones/ contacts/ everything

I really am not sure if you can get free ringtones any more...
T-Mobile is really tight about that stuff and usually has the phone configured so that your free ringtones wont work on it.
Maybe trying to use the "bluetooth" option and send ringtones to your phone would work.
