I have a motorola i335 i purchased from ebay
Yes you can use it, but, you need a boost sim card. Nextel phones work fine on Boost (same network) but you need a boost sim. You can get them cheaply on ebay, often with the $5 dollar credit for under $10.00. Otherwise go to a local phone store and get a boost starter kit. They are made so you can start service with a boost or nextel phone.

My Phone not charge by charger but the data cable
If it charges from the data cable connection, then the problem may be in the charger. If you have a car charger, try that first. If it charges from the car charger (or if you can find a friend with the same model, and it charges from their charger) then the phone is fine and your charger has just failed.

Thanks for visiting FixYa!
The message you are receiving 'Insert SIM' is due to the SIM card not being registered. (ie., it was registered at one time but is not now.) As such, it cannot receive network information. And, your phone sees this SIM as nothing more than a piece of paper stuck in the SIM card slot.
A single SIM card is not used to activate - and then reactivate - an account. To get service on the phone, a new SIM card will need to be purchased.
If you're in doubt as to whether your phone will recognize a SIM, take your phone to one of your cellular provider's stores and let them test it.

Alarm clock
Try using Datebook, it isn't exactly an alarm but you can program reminders and apply them daily, work days, multimple days (allowing you to choose which days you want to be reminded), weekly, day per month, or even yearly.
