If your phone has a SIM card it will be under the battery. Your contacts only are on the SIM if you choose to store them there or copy them there. In order to save the pictures to the new phone you need a data cable.

The Candid is a CDMA phone and does not use a SIM Card.  Im Afraid you have the wrong type of phone (Razr) which is GSM.

All I can suggest for this is to take it to mobile phone specialist. They will have the tools to help. There is a possibility they will have to do a 'Hard' reset which often mean resetting to phone to factory settings.
