you can unlock your mobile by unlock codes..the safe and best way of unlocking is by unlock codes and my personal request is that don't go for software unlocking because sometimes the software might get corrupted and may your data will be lost due to that,its my bad experience so I went for unlocking by codes from here mobileunlocksolutions and unlocked.you can too try but see to that whether your country and provider is listed..because for some service only codes are available..check with that and if your country's provider is listed then get codes and unlock your mobile..before unlocking your mobile you can get clear instructions about how to unlock your mobile for that you can visit mobileunlockguide to get step by step instructions..

you have to contact ur network service for PUK or PUK2 codes information..

You should use the data cable and conect it to your PC.... thers a special software provided with your cellphone.... use this software to sync the songs in your pc with your Bberry.

The best way to unlock your phone is to buy unlock codes from a trusted vendor. Search internet for mobile phone unlocking websites. You will come across a thousand websites who can do this. Choose which ever you like. Do look for price comparisons and the unlocking instructions.

I will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service and they were recommended highly in the cell phone forums. I used them to unlock my cell phone, contacted them and within 30 mins i had my unlock code and my phone was unlocked.

The whole point about BlackBerries is that they are incredibly secure. Not even law enforcement agencies nor the manufacturer can bypass the security set by the owner.

Unless you used a password reminder service then all data on your phone will be totally inaccessible. If you enter the wrong password too often you'll be prompted to enter the word "blackberry" and it will then wipe the phone of all data returning it to the state it was when it came out of the box. Usually the phone will still be usable though if it's using the corporate Enterprise edition of the operating system it can be set so that the phone will be locked and unusable, but if it is on the Enterprise edition then your company IT dept will be able to recover your password.

If your phone does get totally wiped then as long as you have regularly backed up the data in BlackBerry Desktop Software you may be able to fully recover your data, but only if you eventually remember your password.

If your BlackBerry Bold 9000 series device is frozen or not responding, you will probably want to reset the unit. Here are the different types of resets that can be perfomed in the order they should be tried.
Soft Reset
Press ALT + RIGHT SHIFT(CAP) + DELETE.
Double-Soft Reset
Press ALT + RIGHT SHIFT(CAP) + DELETE . The screen will go blank for a few seconds. When the screen comes back on, immediately press ALT + RIGHT SHIFT(CAP) + DELETE again.
Hard Reset
If none of the above works, pull the battery out of the unit for a few seconds, then reinsert it.

the device is drained to the bone this should go away and boot after 30 minutes max. I'm assuming you are using the original blackberry charger using a charger that fits but doesn't match the voltage/amperage that the blackberry charger outputs you wont be able to get rid of the drained battery screen if your blackberry haves juice you can use a non-approved weaker charger but that screen means it needs the original....also the blackberry USB is lets the same amount of electricity
