Now, the hint here is due to the device compatibility issues as the main cause. If you had happen to backed your device apps, contents, and settings you can simply restore it, but if twas not try to uninstall the application and drivers and reinstall it the way you reinstall at first. If necessary update your windows phone's operating system and make sure your PC operating system is working great also, I mean all USB drivers is installed. You have to have at least one Administrator account. You can however choose to call it something else. Create a new Administrator account and give it your favorite name. You cannot bypass the administrator restrictions unless you are an administrator.
