press f8 after boot up ,then select option enable vga,then when it start go to control panel,
un-install the display drivers,restart and reinstall them.

Power drain would be a better solution in this case.
1.first shut down the comp
2.unplug the charger
3. remove the battery
and after press and hold the power button for 60 seconds without any charger and the battery.After the 60 seconds replug the battery and the charger and turn the computer

Try a new media player like VCL or KMP player. It even plays more formats. 6: Defragment. Defragment is very important. You can find it at my computer left click on your C: drive or any Hard Drive go to Properties > Tools > Defrag Now. (you can also check for errors). Now last but not least by saying it freeze and makes a noise it is probably overheating because AMD cpu's temp increase faster than INTEL. Just try keeping it as cool as posible. This is because of the video chipset. You could fix that by reballing it in service, or changing the video card if you have a dedicated video card.

What type of file are you trying to add. .bat.exe etc because some emails services deem these to be hacking tools and will not allow you to sent it to someone.OR Have you got a big file because most services do not allow over a limit of MB you could try and you a dropbox to save/send files

I have had the same problem on my HP dv6700....backspace, h, g (maybe more) just randomly work and then don't work...must be a simple fix b/c this sounds like a problem for a number of people on different computers...we must be in some weird function or something? Any help?

If your wifi hardware is unfixable a very cheap USB wifi adapter is available all over the place, under $20 at most computer stores, which should do what you need. Many companies make them.

if software is installed correctly should just need to hit the discover button on botton or somewhere on router then u have like 2 minutes to connect and put you password in have you been that far yet not sure at what point you are at let meknow

Hello. There is a hardware failure with the laptop not the AC charger. AC chargers have some range of protections of their own. If the power requirements of the laptop are bigger then what the charger can handle, the charger will turn off. Also other parameters can bring the charger offline. In your case, you have a problem with a small chip, the battery charge controller unit, which regulates the amount of current required to propperly charge the battery. When this thing fails, the charging requirements for the battery are reported rong and the AC charger is forced to give more power then necesary. This results in disconnection of the AC charger ( an internal fail safe of the AC charger) and the laptop to swich back to battery power. When the laptop is turned off, it can charge the battery because the power requirements are low, having all processor, main board, hard disk etc turned off. Therefore the AC charger can handle the load. However you will need to have it checked by a service center as it is a hardware fault. Both AC charger and laptop needs that check. The charge controll circuit needs to be replaced probably. It will be a somewhat expensive repair. Out of curiosity, did you install win 8 over a win 7 operating system? And did everything work all right before? Not sure if this could be a driver issue. Have you noticed any other things acting different or wrong? You may need to get updated drivers for your machine. Hope this helps you..
