Yes, Sir. But remember when pilots reset their altimeter with the local altitude, the pressure value matches the moment wheather pressure. It will be wrong anyway, if you reset you altitude, but the pressure readings are still wrong. Im my case it is happening. The altutide is correct but the pressure of the watch does not match the local pressure. It is 20 hpa over it. By the way, I am an airline pilot.

1. touch middle of screen till you see 24h Cm or 12h Cm
2. press middle button
3. top button changes Cm to Fft (celcius meters to farenheit feet)
4. bottom button changes from 12h clock to 24h clock

press the middle of the glass until the time format appears (24hb Cm appears)
hold the T button for 5secs (SYNCHro appears)
move the hands until they are at 12 o'clock. ( + button moves the minute hand. - button moves the hour hand)
press the T button to set.

Yes, the flashing battery icon tells you it's time to change the battery.
Despite of that the watches are fitted with brand new batteries when they are leaving manufacturer, there can be a significant period of time till they reach their new owners and the watch battery can be flat (or allmost flat) at the selling point.
I suggest you visit sellers shop again a.s.a.p. and ask for the brand new battery to be fitted under the warranty.

This is user-correctable.
See manual page 4, titled "Synchronization".
1. Press T button
2. touch center until you see the 24h/units
3. hold down T for 5 seconds until you see "Synchro" in the LCD.
4. use the + button to move the long hand to 12 o'clock, use the - button to move the short hand to 12 o'clock
6. press T button to commit settings.
Hands will move to agree with the time in LCD.

1. Activate Crystal
2. Tap center until units screen appears (This will say either 12 or 24h and F ft or C
m)
3. Press and hold top + button until watch beeps, display will be flashing.
4. While flashing, press top + button which will change the C m to F ft and back
5. While flashing, press bottom – button which will change the 24h to 12h and back.
This will also change the date format. If in 24h the date will be Date/Month, if in
12h it will be Month/Date.

Most likely, the watch needs to be taken to a watchmaker. Your local chain jewelry store will either have a local watchmaker or someone nearby contracted to perform service on watches. Unless the stem is somehow married to the movement in manufacture, replacing/repairing the stem should be an inexpensive fix.

hold the button until you hear a beep. then press on the glass. if not, return it.

You need to synchronize the watch. You can find directions to do that online, but you will likely have to do this several times a year. There are so many functions that you will occasionally need to go to synchro mode to synch everything up. It freaked me out the first time I saw this too. : )

Push the touch button and then the centre of the screen untill the units deg C 24h etc come up then hold the touch button for 5 seconds. This puts it in sycro mode. You can then use the -+ buttons to make them both point to 12

I had this problem after the battery was replaced at a jewellers. It turns out they had used the wrong battery as it only lasted a week.

Sounds like it's broken @ a factory sealed link (non servicable). Local jeweller should be able to order & fit you a new one

if your hands aren't straight when you use the compass try this to sync the hands.

1. Press and hold the middle button to enter T-Touch mode.
2. Press the centre area on the face twice to display 24hr/12hr
3. Press and hold the middle button to enter T-Touch mode untill screen says sync.The hands will face 1200.
4. Press either the upper (East) or lower (West) button to adjust the compass hands. They should both face 1200.
5. Press the middle button to get back to 'regular' compass mode. Note that your offset setting will still show in the digital area.
