fuel tap. It is coming out of the botton of the fuel tap where it looks like there should have a tube out but there isn't one. Is it the vaccun line? It is leaking only when I accelarate the motocycle

fuel tap leaks on ER5 Time for overhaul of the petcock (FUEL TAP). you will have to get the petcock kit and replace it.
